First Annual Brazos Valley Pulletpalooza!

We are pleased to announce that on December 5th, 2010, the First Annual Brazos Valley Pulletpalooza will showcase local backyard chicken coops, with instructions on how to start your own backyard flock, including a discussion of city rules and regulations, and practical pointers on keeping a happy, healthy backyard flock!

Whether you are interested in the bold brown eggs of sturdy Barred Rocks or the beautiful blue-green of dainty and delicate Ameraucanas, or any of the myriad breeds in between, you'll meet plenty of fellow fowl aficionados, with lots of interesting stories and practical advice.

We will be providing plenty more information in the weeks to come, including maps to participating coops.
